Local Authority

As part of our work at Thrive Therapy Group, we collaborate with local authorities to improve the quality of mental health care that children and young people receive. Through various models designed by local authorities, such as systemic and attachment-focused approaches, we aim to work across multiple areas, including early intervention, foster care and adoption, unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors, and care leavers.

 

In addition, a substantial amount of work comes from the CAMHS waiting list. We are committed to recognising the importance of one's cultural and socio-economic background and the communities that we belong to. We believe that connecting with one’s identity enables them to build a sense of self that ultimately empowers them, leading to better outcomes.
